About John Taylor of Caroline

John Taylor of Caroline (December 19, 1753 – August 21, 1824) served in the Virginia House of Delegates and in the United States Senate. A Jeffersonian Democrat, he defended liberty and states' rights in several books he authored, including Tyranny Unmasked and Arator.
